Refund policy
If you have not received your product 14 days after you placed your order, please contact us at hello@fireflower-usa.com and we will look into it. If the order was lost in the shipping process, we will ship your order again or give you a refund.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund unless a warranty claim is involved (see our Warranty page).
To be eligible to return your item for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

The return process starts when you contact us at hello@fireflower-usa.com and let us know the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package.
After receiving approval for the return and your shipping label, return the product to 430 Haynie Ave, Ste. 4, Nashville, TN 37207. Do not send your item back until instructed to do so.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Please follow the steps on our Return Policy page. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
A reminder that it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
